Our products feature commercial-grade hulls built with advanced rotomolding or ABS injection molding technology. Each hull undergoes strict quality checks for wall thickness, impact resistance, and waterproof integrity before assembly, ensuring durability for commercial and recreational use.
Motor and Electrical Assembly
Our motor assembly line features precision winding equipment and automated testing stations. Each electric motor undergoes performance testing including voltage output, current draw, and runtime verification. Battery management systems (BMS) are individually calibrated and tested for safety compliance before installation.
Water Testing and Quality Assurance
Every completed unit undergoes water testing in our on-site testing tank. Tests include waterproof verification of all electrical connections, hull integrity under load, motor performance in water, steering response, and safety system functionality. Only units passing all criteria proceed to packaging and shipping.
Packaging and Container Loading
Finished products are carefully packaged in fumigated wooden crates designed for ocean freight. Each crate includes moisture barriers, vibration-dampening materials, and complete documentation. Our logistics team coordinates container loading and securing to ensure safe transit to destination ports worldwide.
